Hmm... recently, a friend of mine has been trying to find a game that is described like the following:

a game sort of like double dragon, except all the bosses are Jason, Freddy, Leatherface, etc and you fight against them.

Apparently it's an old arcade game, hmm... And he said it's not Splatterhouse...

Any ideas? o.o

This sounds a little bit like the arcade version of Tecmo's Ninja Gaiden. All the "expendable thug" enemies wore hockey masks like Jason, and I seem to remember a boss or enemy with a claw, but I'm not positive. I haven't played that in over 10 years. That's kind of what it sounds like, though.
