I just saw a behind the scenes/preview thing on Everquest II last weekend at a local Regal Cinemas. It was part of that pre-show called "The 20" where they show a bunch of ads 20 minutes prior to the time the trailers are supposed to start. While I've never been big on Everquest, I do have to admit it looks pretty cool.

Hmm. Well there's no doubt this game will be huge. I don't understand the game. My friends played this all the time and all they do is run around and kill. Then kill some more. Then they get really powerful. Then they can kill anything. Then they kinda stop. One funny thing I remember seeing a long time ago while I was watching my friend was this level 60 something wizard in this one town he was playing in who made it rain non stop. It was always the sound of rain.

The game's gfx look really plastic'y in the stills but when I see the game move it's quite advanced looking.


but the game is in the interface and gameplay as we all know.
