Need a PHP / FLASH programer. willing to pay lil

I just picked up a yearly service thru ipowerweb.com i had a guy that was going to do everything for me, and thats why i went ahead and got it. but he dosnt seem to be doing anything, so here i am searching the net lookin for a designer that knows and is good with php forum and flash intros. other then the intro, the site it self is going to be pretty basic. its a gaming fan site for halo 2. i have a tempory (free proboards) forum up until the new one is ready. i own the domain www.xHalo2.com and paid for a year service last week thru ipowerweb. i do not personlly know php or flash, so im seeking somone that dose. i am willing to pay for help, long as its fair. i do have money in my paypal account, and would prefer to use paypal. so let me know. im sure theres many in here that can do what i need done. to most of you, it will be easy stuff. i know exactly what i want, and wont have a problem spelling out what i need. you can email me at generalxsl@aol.com , find me on aim/aol: generalxsl , or simpley pm me. i will get back to you asap. well everyone, thx for reading my post, see yeah around ;)

I think you might be wanting more than you really need. There are plenty of free bulletin boards available, PHP-based and others. Right now the most popular one (and the one used here at the Roundtable) is phpBB [ http://www.phpbb.com ], and I have to say from personal experience using it on my own site, that there are few programs out there much finer than it.

As far as the Flash animation goes, there are plenty of low-cost Flash animation programs out there outside of Macromedia's. I suggest using 3D Flash Animator [ http://www.3dfa.com/ ], as it is full-featured, easy-to-use, and costs only $50 for the registered version. There is a free demo version available on the site that you can download and experiment with on your computer.

well thx for the advice, but i already paid for the service. the guy i had to do the work is having pc issues. so i need someone else to work on it. of cource ill pay for the little work needed. i know it will only take 2 to 4 days depending on the person. just need a basic yet non temp forum design, and a 1 min long flash intro. if you or somone you know can do this type of programing, please let me know. i am willing to pay for someone help at this point. i dont know php or flash. please understand i dont wanna learn off this site. rather someone that knows what there doing so its not half azz. please let me know.
