Has anyone seen a NON Collector's Edition of Majora's Mask? I haven't, thus making me wonder if the non Collector's Edition is worth more than the Collector's Edition. I've also been curious to see what a non Collector's Edition cartridge look like. Does anyone know?

If you were glancing for a grey MM cart, you'd be looking for that in the prototype dept only as AFAIK all MM cart were sold in faux gold plastic case (not painton tan plastic like Ocarnia of Time)
The difference between collectable and regular version is in the label. Images in the regular label doesn't move when you tilt the cart. Collectable label does have some type of motion prisims (not sure what it's called, not a real hologram though) that simulater moving image when you tilt the cart.
