Didn't Capcom recently lose the Marvel license to EA? I'll bet one of the big gaming mags mentioned that in a recent issue, causing this sudden increase in value.

etc. etc.

Actually, around here the game is pretty hard to find at the local retailers. But those prices are unreal considering they can be bought new online for about $40. x_x

[Edit] After doing some searches online, it is becoming harder to find. 9/10 retailers I went to were "out of stock" and it dont look like they will be having anymore soon.

D) not in greatest hits/etc. packaging

generally, they're worth quite a bit down the road for some reason.

Not that hard of a game to find locally if you look around. I also saw one on ebay today with a "not crazy" BIN.

I just may have to pick up extras just in case :evil:

wow, I am so glad I own a DC and used to buy games for it when they came out. I paid 50 for this on DC when it first came out, but man, you couldn't even get me to pay 50 for a ps2 game now unless I wanted it super bad.
