My guess is that the seller isn't the one who bought the watch in the first place -- the receipt is likely just being used to prove its authenticity.

The seller ended it early because of an error (assuming the error was the picture), but left the picture up?? Notice that auction got over 42 thousand hits. Unless this is a joke, someone is probably going to be very unhappy when they get their next cc bill unless they cancelled it in time.
