Although they're both unique, I voted 1 because I am having trouble following #2.

Both are good but I like the Atari 2600 style art of entry #1.

I like #1 mainly because I too had a little trouble following the 2nd entry

Well it looks like we have a winner. Congrats again William! Your prize will be sent tomorrow.

I didn't vote, but personally I wouldn't have been able to decide between the two. Entry #1 by o2william was the graphically superior of the two, but I found Entry #2 by Quintracker funnier. That's not to say William's wasn't funny too, but having Proteus served for dinner was hilarious and you just gotta love those groupies!

Thanks to everyone who participated. I had fun and I hope you did too!

I got pwned! LOL Seriously though, William did a great job and I'm glad he won. Too bad I suck at artistic stuff, can you believe I actually spent 4 hours making that scene?! At least half of that was learning how to use MS paint lol...

For all those who had trouble following my pic, I basically just went around the table in the order of the guests, not really thinking that people might read it wrong. If I knew any better I would have used the separate text windows that William did. That just means I'll be even more prepared for the next contest!

Congrats again William!

Thanks a lot for the contest Keir, your bribe's in the mail. (j/k)

Proteus for dinner is classic! LOL Wish I'd thought of that. I was pretty proud of using the room from Mangia as the basis for the setting though. Graphically, I probably had an advantage because I'm used to messing with animated GIFs in all the web work I do.

Congrats to Quintracker and everybody who got Part 1 right, and most of all to Keir for coming up with cool contest ideas and being so generous with all the great prizes!
