Please help me on an ebay item

Hi there,i came here to see if anyone can help me cause i have a problem.

On sunday i won an auction at ebay and the payment was established on the auction as either western union money order or bank cashiers check, i thought it meant no problem to buy a money order in Mexico, but it was such a mess i can´t buy it form here, Mexico only receives them... i tried on websites like Western Union or Payko but the problem to aprove my auction is that it says "Will shipp to United States only " the owner of the item said that no problem with the shipping to Mexico, but i can´t find a solution, cause he doesn´t accept paypal and neither want me to make a tranfer from my bank account to his......
So i´m asking a favor for someone with good reputation to help me and buy a money order in U.S. to send to this guy, cause i can´t find another solution

Why didn't you pay with auctionpayments.com? It is operated by Western Union and they sell to people outside of the U.S. Almost all of my auctions state U.S. only, but I usually will sell to someone outside of the U.S. if they pay using auctionpayments.com and it hasn't been a problem.

im a friend of elway. He tried twice to pay with bidpay and they refused twice. same thing with payko.

Bidpay said that they cant pay for the auction because the auction sayes "for us only" x_x
