OK, my game systems are in two different rooms, my room, and my family room. Several systems are hooked up, some aren't. Here's what I have in each room...
My Room
NES (front-loader)
7800
SMS
800XL (shares RF cable with the 7800)
Genesis (shares hookups with the SMS)
2600 Jr. (not hooked up)
2600 Heavy 6er (not hooked up)
VIC-20 (not hooked up)
C64 (not hooked up)
Family Room
NES (top-loader)
SNES
N64
Gamecube
5200
PS2
PSX (not hooked up)
I have limited space for my room, BTW.

I'm not sure what you want... Clean your room, and then you'll have more space, I guess. Only you know what the situation really looks like...

Well, if you are looking to hook up more systems, get some sort of shelves, and an RCA cable switchbox.
Systems I dont use much go in my closet, in boxes, which are stacked rather like a game of tetris in the back.

Get a bunch of modular (adustable) shelves, AV selectors, and RF selectors.
Clean your room too. Pack away what you never play.

Rent out your family room to a die-hard video game organizer. The rest will work itself out naturally.

Same here. I recently got rid of my entertainment center because it was too big for my room (new place) so instead of having 5 systems on the floor, I just left out my xbox and packed the rest in the closet until I find the "ideal" entertainment center for my room.
