Can anybody repair this for me????

I bought a playstation kiosk the other day and one od the controllers dosent work and i cant just use a new controller. i dont trust my own skills, so i was wondering if anybody could repair it for me, and i would be willing to pay for parts/labor just post here if you think you could do this for me and what it might cost.
