Can it be? A decent PS2 controller without the incredibly poor Dual Shock design??? YAY! Comments? Thoughts? I'm damn well buying one or two :D

Controller looks good for Guilty Gear, but I don't think I'll be picking up SFAC based off what I played at e3. The lack of framerate makes 3rd Strike a totally different game.

Maybe on X-Box though.

I could care less about the game. I don't even play fighters at ALL. However, I want the pads cause I hate the Dual Shock so much :D All I want to know is what people think of those controllers.

They do look nice for the games that would allow the use of just the pad, yes.

Wow! Those things look ugly. SNES third-party controller ugly. LOL

Might be interesting to try one out, though.

ASCII fighter pad design = :rocker:

The only thing I don't like is the fact that they're relasing 3 designs that I must own. :o

Also: Silly picture (http://www.dustincarter.com/images/art/betty/DreamcastController.jpg). (clicky clicky)

There is actually 4 of them. Akuma wasn't pictured and his is the best one of the bunch. Someone had a pic of it over at cheapassgamer.

That and what the hell is wrong with the PS2 controller?? O_O

I don't particularly like the placement of the L1 and R1 buttons, but I'm a huge Street Fighter fan so I'll most likely get the game and at least one of the controllers. I've never been able to become comfortable with using analog sticks on controllers in fighting games anyway (thanks to my obsessive Street Fighter II SNES days). :)

I think the DS2 is a fantastic controller--light, ergonomic, responsive--so I'm curious why you call it "incredibly poor."
