I saw this at the the same store while waiting to pick up the kid vid, so I scribbled down the info for the guide:

Vid Lid plus. If it were red, your Atari would look like a Pizza Hut. Its a hard plastic dust cover for your 2600. It stores 10carts, 2 carts, and instructions. Made by Video Specialties, division of Malo-Bauer. #VLP800

Unfortunately, its not likely.

The place I saw them is nowhere close by, and they were liquidating most of their stock. By the time I got back there, they would probably be gone, and I doubt they would let me take pictures anyway :(
