Dumb GBA question / GP32 info wanted

Are all of the GBA carts universal or are they regional? ie: Can a game from the UK or Japan be used in my GBA that I bought here in the US?

I don't think I can but I figured I'd ask.

Also, is the GP32 any good? It sounds too good for the price.

There is no region lock on GBA Carts.

Any cart can be played in any GBA System.

Also the GP32 is AWESOME !!!!!!!!!

I have the new BLU model and I can't stop playing it.
I'm playing SNES, NES, TG-16, Atari, Mame, Genesis, Wonderswan, etc ..... Most are full speed with good sound quality. (The Genesis plays about half with sound )

The screen is awesome and the other stuff it can do is cool to. Like movies, Mp3, etc.

I highly recommend it to anyone. :D
