User Account Protection notices being issued because of DP?

Ok, i'm not 100% sure of this, but I just got an e-mail from a seller called "couponhappy" wondering why I "slammed" her on the boards here. Heres a run down of the e-mails....


Hi..I'm contacting you in order to try to clear something up....I was contacted by another ebay member, telling me you had slammed me on digitpress forum. If I'm reading it right, it has your ID and says:
I have a few to nominate
Couponhappy - Sells NES games, but I bought one and it came to about 1.60 total, and he responded to no eMails or anything....after leaving negative and lots of other people leaving negatives....I finally get the game about 2 months later. with no apology or anything. what a moron.

Can you please explain, as I have NEVER sold an NES game on ebay? Please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you and having this corrected.

As a matter of fact, yes, you have sold NES games on eBay....it was a while back and you have a long list of negatives for it. I believe I bought Bases Loaded 3 from you. Took over a month to recieve it though, are you sure you didn't loan your account to anyone?

Then I double checked and realized it was another user name...


actually, after doing a little research, the seller that I'm refering to is "coupon happy" while you are "couponhappy". Odd. Oh well.

I'll correct it, but I am curious to know what the sellers name who informed you of this was. We've had a lot of trouble with one particular person and I'm wondering if that is the same person.

Just on a whim I checked out what you were selling and I saw that you had a bunch of decent PSX games...games which I would've bidded on in a heartbeat. I could've ignored Texasgameplayer's post and rolled by eyeballs at it. In fact, I did.

However, your repeated trolling has made me decide that I will not bid on anything of yours in the future. And frankly, comparing people that lock threads on a message board that you have already stated is nothing but a waste of time to a man who rounded up people into concentration camps and routinely killed and/or tortured them horrifically disgusts the hell out of me. You can keep making up new names and we'll keep banning them. After all, we have no lives. :roll:

Btw, google is a wonderful tool. Anybody can search their user names and find out what other boards are saying about them. It's not that hard. Actually the only complaint against brinn1 as a seller since this forum discussion was initiated by Texas Half Wit was in fact Texas Half Wit.
There has not been one other complaint by anyone who has bought anything from brinn1. The complaints were his methods of defending himself and ruining your little fun here ripping apart ebayers who don't know you are doing it.

To Kristine, At first I did feel the forum was a waste of time and really planned on passing the whole thing off as stupid running off at the mouth. It was only as I became convinced of the destructive nature of members bashing ebayers without their knowelege that I became more interested. They all need to find out what happens here as I did, after one of your members emailed me after 4 days of brinn1 bashing. As far as Hitler, I was refering to the gestapo like methods of the moderators in shutting out replies by maligned ebayers. Being Jewish, I was not intending to refer to concentration camps and killed Jews and make you sick.

To the member bringing up free speech THANK YOU.
