Best PSX emulator??

I am looking for a good Playstation emulator. I am really only interested in running Castlevania SOTN. I do own like 3 Playstations and 2 copies of the game so it should be all legal and stuff. I just want to play it on my PC because it's a bit easier for me.

I would like a Windows based emulator and something that won't take me much effort to learn to use.

Any advice is appreciated !!

Yup, ePSXe is awesome. There are very few games which won't play on it.
