I have a question for the few of you that have BOTH the PS2 and GC versions of Mega Man Anniversary Collection (I figure a few of you are fanatical enough to get both): Point blank, which one is better and why?

Thanks!

The PS2 version, because the controls are not reversed and it has in-game remixed music.

i second that for the same reasons

the only reason to get the GC version is for the interviews

I'm in the minority that doesn't give a shit about two buttons being reversed, and coupled with the fact that it's fucking 8-bit music in the first place, remixes aren't going to work wonders on it. I went with the Gamecube version, mostly because I didn't have a ps2 at the time (picked one up today), and because it has the most comfortable controller in my opinion. If you're a stickler go with ps2, but if you don't really give a damn, go where you find the controller the most comfortable.

It's too bad, because the GC controller IS more confertable.

But I also kept the PS2 version and sold the GC one, due to the reversed controls and no in game remixed music.

Capcom dropped the ball on the GC version.

I'm probably going to pick up the PS2 version in hopes that when I press start the weapons menu will come up...not the navigation menu.

but soulblazer your GC version is keeping me company

i've only played the gc version over at a friend's house...and i must say...the button switching was so annoying i decided not to buy it. they should have at least put in an option to change it back to normal. i'll just stick with my nes titles.
