I've just done an Ebay blitz, and I'm burned out. LOL I'll give forum members first crack at this restored ColecoVision set. This isn't as swank as DoubleDown's awesome mod jobs, but this is a rock solid restored set. It's also a bit cheaper than one of DoubleDown's awesome mod jobs. LOL

I realize this ain't 'cheap', but it's likely a much better (and safer) deal than you would get it for on Ebay. I paid too much for this CV, so I'm trying to get my time covered somewhat. If it's too rich for any or all of you, it's cool. It will end up on Ebay, and you will all get a heads up, and a crack at possibly getting it cheaper.


I also have a boxed (styro n more) NES Action set I'm going to be working on soon. I will pin it, disable it's lockout chip, and put it up here first. If you are interested in it, PM me.

I forgot to mention what I did to this CV.

I've rebuilt and re-packed the power switch, which is a very common point of failure with CV's. I also cleaned the cart slot contacts, and it now shines like new copper.

Both controllers have been disassembled and re-built with their directional switches re-surfaced, numeric keypads replaced, and action buttons re-lubricated making them have like new response once again. Both controllers have un -marred silver discs at the top of each joystick as well.
