Sorry to bring this to the public forum, but my PMs arent even being read.

I sent you a postal money order for Giga Wing 2 nearly three weeks ago. You told me you got it, and would send it the next day and give me a delivery confirmation number. I haven't heard from you since and I still don't have my package, and I KNOW it doesnt take 3 weeks for a small package to go from Chicago to Detroit.

Orochi, or anybody who knows where this guy is, PLEASE get in touch with me and let me know whats going on.

Don't mean to butt in where I may not belong but if this is the seller of the nes bits then I did have a little contact with him. And if I remember correctly, he was asking for postal money orders. As well, he was supposed to look into getting snes bits and get back with me. He never did and I didn't pursue...I generally don't deal in any other form than paypal. Everything else is a pain and unsafe. Hopefully, he or she is just behind or something.

On a more unrelated note, I've had several deals turn up blank(me as the seller) and pm's are never replied to or even read sometimes. Hopefully this nonsense stops.

I called him this evening. I asked him what was going on with my game and he said he sent it out a long time ago. I asked for a delivery confirmation number, and he said he would have to look for it. I gave him my phone number, and he said he would call me in an hour or so.

I have yet to hear any reply from Orochi. I have not gotten my game. I have not gotten a refund, I haven't even gotten a delivery confirmation number.

I am now 100% convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that this guy is a scammer. Deal with him at your own risk.

I have reported him to the IFCC, a joint operation between the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center.

For the other people that were scammed, lets take this guy down and make sure he doesn't scam again

Could just be a coincidence, but some of the older members might remember that right around the time I joined there was this guy on here, Orochi Akuma. He claimed his name was Ben Barden. Eventually, he calimed to be dying of throat cancer, and made a miraculous recovery (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4375&highlight=). When we asked for details, he coudl prodcue none, and it turned out he was lying about the whole thing. Like I said, could just be a coincidence.

I'm amazed that somebody this uppity doesn't know about IP spoofing, which would've made your post worthwhile...but you don't, and I want my five minutes back.

However, from what I see this guy isn't intelligent enough to do IP spoofing (at least not the Orochi character), but you never know...some script kiddies out there can't hold a conversation with an elevator door, nevermind how to think their way out of being caught up in a lie.

I talked to him personally on the phone two or three weeks after he allegedly shipped it, and he claimed it was shipped "a long time ago." He did cash the PMO I sent.

For the other people who have been scammed by this guy, please file a complaint with the IFCC. It only takes about 5 minutes, and if enough people keep filing complaints about this guy, something will happen.
