OK I took a chance and bought this :
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8115626937&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT
Well I got it in today and I'm 99% sure this has been opened at the bottom and re-sealed.
I only bought it to re-sell , so this doesn't do me much good.
But if some-one here wants this I'll sell it to them for the $37.10 I have into it. MAKE THAT $22.00 --- SEE UPDATE BELOW !!!
It's in Excellent condition and I could open it and take pictures of the contents if you want or I could just leave it "as-is"
Pm me if you're interested.

how can you tell? going by the picture, if I saw something like that at a flea market I would definately sell it as sealed. Especially with the tag still in there.

Well the plastic is loose and there is this wierd fold over thing on the bottom. Like the plastic is folded over the side about 1/4 inch and isn't melted on but more like stickied on.
It's hard to explain. :o

Homer, I applaud your honesty and your integrity and not just passing it off as a factory sealed copy.

Well, it's really ashame that you couldn't see that there was something wrong, just by looking at his pictures of it.
That is the worst rewrap I've ever seen.

It's not a re-wrap. It's original with the line in back. It's just loose because I think it was opened at the bottom.

Just out of curiousity, have you tried contacting the seller? It might do absolutely no good, and granted, you would have to prove to him that the game was indeed opened and resealed, but maybe you would be able to get at least a partial refund.
Maybe my friends and I have just been lucky, but whenever something didn't quite live up to the stated condition, the sellers have been more than willing to try to correct the matter fairly.

I'd be afraid to sell something like that. They guy who buys it might resell it as new if not him then the guy he sells it to and so on.

Well I took your advice and e-mailed the seller.
He gave me a $15 refund and was very nice about it.
Seems a friend gave it to him thinking he had a Nes and all he had was a Snes. So it sat around his place until he got tired of it, and he thought it was Sealed and not re-sealed.
So now I have this and still do't need it.
Anyone want it for the $22.00 I have into it ? :D
