Had not seen this mentioned, but if it has been forgive me. Does any one have a couple of these that I could buy (at a fair price :D )... that is if the local dealer does not have any.

Gran Turismo 4 Toyota Demo.

Toyota's site is all out or I'd get one there. Thanks!

$21?!?!?! sheeeeeeet...

i'm almost half tempted to pop mine up on ebay. i just had a friend in NY snag me one at the auto show and mail it to me...should have told him to grab as many as possible... X_x not that i encourage eBay price gouging, but come on, a fool and his money, yadda yadda...$21 for the ammount of gameplay contained therein is BEYOND INSANE.

exactly why i only said id pay about $8 for one...i mean...really...its only a demo with a few cars and tracks and ..... it was FREE.....$8 is a lot of profit ot make on something free.....shit, ill retract my previous offer of $8....and say ill pay $10....no more though

I'll take one as well if someone's offering, tholly's offer of $10 sits well with me too.

Back when they first appeared, I remember selling off my Gran Turismo 3 demo for $100 on ebay. Guy gave me $50 cash and 2 PS2 games which were each worth $25 a piece at the time. THat's a lot of $$ for a demo that only has one freaking track on it and not even a handful of cars to choose.

I kinda wish I still had that demo... :)

actually for me it wasn't free the car show cost me 12 bucks, the demo disk was just a nice bonus, but 21 dollars is nothing I actually did sell one (for a friend) on DP for 23(yeah I beat ebay)...so my expectations have been slightly screwed up.

but damn I heard about a nissan GT3 demo...who did you sell it to Oobgarm, I could use 100 dollars...

i dont think you can say it wasnt free because you paid $$ for the car show....i mean, you were going to see the cars, you paid the $$ to get into the show and that is all you expected. that is like saying that all the brochures and posters that companies give out at car shows are not free because you had to pay to enter the show....your money for the show pays for the service of being allowed entrance, not to cover the cost of anything you are given for "FREE"

actually I'm not much of a "real" car person, so the only reason I even bothered to go to the car show so was to get the demo (heard it was being distributed at CAG), so I could finally test out the Driving Force Pro. So yeah needless to say for me the experience was get in and find the kiosk that was giving it out....nothing more

$21 US for a 2 car 2 track demo almost makes GT4: Prologue seem like it has actual buying value..

It was a standard Sony-distributed GT3 demo. Was not in conjunction with any car manufacturers.
