Mario vs. Donkey Kong cheap at Wal-Mart

I know that Wal-Mart is evil and everything, but they are selling Mario vs. Donkey Kong for GBA for $16. Yes thats right sixteen dollars. I don't know if it's at every store but it's that way at my local store.
