There are companies you can hire out. You pay them some money, and they throw it on one of those car carrying trucks. Depending on how much you pay, your car gets a better position (ie top rack), gets protected, and gets delivered faster. Its VERY expensive.

Yeah, that right there is why I wouldn't do it. He asks for different site to do the transaction through that doesn't have "SECURITY TYPE STUFF". My best guess is that he's a scammer; just a very, very unintelligent one.
