I've read on the internet that people can do Wheelies for 40+ minutes. I can do them the whole length of the city, but I can't seem to turn sharp enough to turn around anywhere.

Any ideas?

The beach. Its wide enough to do a gradual turn. You just have to be careful to avoid the bumps.

ok lemme help you out.for credibility (and bragging rights) i have a 100% compelete save file with no deaths or arrest and have done a 15 min wheelie.

The best way to go about this is to grab a Sanchez dirt bike and go on to the main road on the second big island. to keep the wheelie going you do not want to realy on speed. all you have to do is depress the d-pab down and keeo tapping the gas to nudge the bike forward. the best way to turn is just to move your thumb slightly left and right while still holding down. After you get this down you can pretty much ride up and dpwn that mainstrip of road circling Downtown to Viceport.

Good luck, just dont ask me about the mechanics of a long stoppy, i have know clue :D

What is the fastest way to get use of the Hunter and a cop uniform?

Is it to get all 100 packages and beat the missions through the "Cop Land" missions (where you have to set off the mall bomb)?

I need to be able to easily get the Hunter (I know it can be done without the cop uniform but not easily or repeatedly), and use it in Vigilante as soon as possible.

Can any of you experts help me?

You can just walk into the police station and get the cop uniform once you buy the Malibu club. (you may have to beat the first malibu mission first).

But that doesnt matter because you can easily get the hunter without a cop uniform. the trick is to not fly over the base on the way to the hunter. I fly from my condo to the edge of the base with my regular helicopter. then fly over the fence, land right nect to the hunter, get out of your helicopter and you can just run over to the hunter and get in. It seems like as long as you approach the base from that side (the side away from the airport) they just dont notice you.

And as far as I know, getting 100 packages is the only way to get the hunter. Its worth it though because you rack up cash in no time doing the vigilante missions in the hunter because its much quicker to just fire missles at the bad guys, plus the cops cant really chase you.

@hunter; get all 100 packages. no way around that. to actually manage to get into it you do NOT need a cop outfit. before you get into a chopper make sure you switch your weapon to FISTS. then fly just over the wall, land carefully next to the hunter, and get in. if soldiers start shootin GET THE HELL OUT, go to the northwest corner (facing ocean) and get up over the stairs. or heck, just save at the hyman condos, and load to that if you screw up.
the vigilante missions are too dang easy with that hunter once you get the hang of it.
@wheelie, i dont know about that!!! the beach doesnt sound right, i'd say the long main road from the south of the west island, start by the shipyard and go all the way, might be able to make the turn thru downtown....

You don't need a cop uniform, but you do need a helicopter as Jibbajaba and Krazy_kamino have described.The fastest way to get a helicopter is to jump off the bride going to Prawn Island onto a boat that's cruising underneath it. Jump aboard, take over, and head over to the next big island where there's several helicopters available. If your not good at timing the jump, snipe the pilot just before he drives under the bridge. The boat will coast to a stop right under you and you hop aboard.
