The underside is plain white. Wheels and axles are generic crap. If you want i will remove them for easier shipping. This is a big sticker with a few air bubbles under it, but its in great shape. No tears or anything. Asking $24 shipped.

Nice! Never saw an OOT skateboard before.
And notably, that has to be the first time I've seen a skateboard with "safety rules" printed on the deck.

Mind you it was a very popular practice on the plastic skateboards of the 1970s.
