I had a thread floating around a little while ago about wanting to figure out the best way to score a cheap XBox with all of those brand new, sealed video games sitting on my floor from Circuit City. Well, thanks to GameCrazy, I have an XBox. They had a used one for 119.95, so I traded in 11 games for about $110 in credit (I had $130 in credit with 15 games, but I decided to keep Spy Hunter 2, Wild Arms 3, Lunar Legend, and the GBA Lufia because I wasn't getting enough credit for them). I ended up paying $10 out of pocket, but still, that's an XBox for about $65 total (11 $5 games plus the additional $10). Plus, I also got 12 free rentals through Hollywood Video, so I think I made out pretty good. I also tried FYE, who has similar trade-in prices, but everyone I called was actually sold out of XBoxes. How can all of these stores sell out of XBox systems??
The end results of my little Circuit City odyssey: 26 brand new games (that I actually want to play!) and an XBox for less than $200. In my book, I think I got a good deal.

Thanks for the compliments....
I set out this past weekend to get one cheap, and thankfully I did late Sunday. Plus, I think I've only opened about 5 of the 26 games that I still have from CC, so I have plenty of games to keep me busy. However, I still can't resist scoping out all of the cool XBox stuff I've been missing....

Blank 200 GB Hard drive (Needs Xbox files and probably mod software)

i dunno....if the hdd is blank and you have no way to get the needed files on it, then this is a crappy deal, but, if it is working or you know how to fix it and you dont want to use xbox live at all, then it might be a good idea for you

That is a kick ass deal. I would take it. Just do a little research into xbox modding and you can find all the stuff you need to format the hard drive and put all the stuff on there. Then you can load the hard drive up with emulators and roms and have a ball.
