I'm not counting sports games, and I'm not counting franchise extensions--I mean the same game. I can think of two off the top: Celebrity Deathmatch and Ready to Rumble: Round 2. What am I missing?

Nope, remakes don't count, either (which rules out that PS2 remake of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone).

I assume you're including the EA racing stuff with the rest of the sports.

Army Men: Air Attack 2
Army Men: Green Rogue
Army Men: Sarge's Heroes 2
Donald Duck: Goin' Quackers
MTV Celebrity Deathmatch
Ready 2 Rumble Boxing: Round 2
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4
Warriors of Might & Magic
World Destruction League: Thunder Tanks
World Destruction League: WarJetz

Unsure (developed by different teams):
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Treasure Planet

Probably doesn't count but I'll list here anyway:
Rayman 2

Queen Of The Felines

Super Bubble Pop

I know this made it on the GameCube and Xbox, but the PS2 as well? Can't seem to find any info on that from a quick Googl-ing and check of sites like IGN or Gamefaqs.

I'm pretty sure Rayman 2 was on PS1 and PS2, and what about cat in the hat?

Yes there was a Rayman 2 for the PSOne. It should count because it was only also available on the PS2 in that sense (if were not counting PC) However the Cat In The Hat thats on the PSOne was done by a completely different company. The PSOne CitH is a port of the GBA title done by Telegames (who also did the PSOne CitH), not the one that was based on the movie, which I think was done by Vivendi Universal.

Yes the EA and 989 sports titles, and one other extreme sports title, Coolboarders 2001.

ZMWeasel: I take it that this is for a new article in PSE2?? BTW, you shoulda come to me, cause bunches of your Working Designes numbers were off, but it was a great article. ;)

Unfortunately, the WD piece came together at the very last minute, with the result being the scrooge-ups you noticed. But if and when I do something 'bout WD for Video Game Collector, you will be my label-variant man. :)

Is that the article where you called Alundra a Zelda rip off? :(

Come on it's "clone" dammit. Rip off makes it sound so... dirty. LOL

We called it a Zelda rip-off at WD, so I had no reservations about calling it a rip-off in print. :) A great game, despite its obvious inspiration, and freakin' HARD. Everyone at WD had a well-worn copy of the Alundra hintbook at his or her desk, to answer the desperate calls for help that we received just about every day.

Dancing Stage Fever (a European DDR release) seems to have both a PS1 and PS2 version. Though the PS2 version looks like it has about twice as many songs.
