I'm really jazzed about Messiah Entertainment's products. Check out this somewhat 'webified' version of their CGE program ad.

Tell me that isn't cool.

If the "feel" and ergonomics of the SNES pad is as good as the proper Nintendo product, then you probably have a sale here :)

Two together in one collectable tin for less than the cost of two seperately? Sounds like a good deal,! I'll be looking for your booth. :)

Oh.... I forgot to mention... about the Limited Edition versions....

There are only going to be 5000 units produced of each platform. All the units will be numbered.

We will only have about 200 units available of each at CGE so make sure you come by early to ensure you get yours first.

Don't Worry though, if we are sold out at CGE, we can take your order and have it shipped to you within two weeks. After the show we will also be selling them on our website.

I already ordered a Messiah SNES controller. I bet your 2600 line will be very popular considering how short the 2600 controller cables are. If I were you guys, I would go with an extremely true to the original joystick for the 2600. People have been playing that console for almost 30 years! Just make the wire disappear, because if you change anything else, the 2600 crowd might not like it.

After that, don't forget 2600 paddles. Playing 4 player paddle based games is kind of tough when you have all of those damn short cables getting in everyone's way.

Thanks for the info... on the 2600 stick we were thinking of adding a little smaller button under the original button so it will work on later systems.

:D we are already considering the Paddles.

Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for the feedback.

You should consider putting a second button on the front of the unit, on the front side, in front of the existing button (this I think is where the cord is right now). That way one could push the normal button with their thumb, and the second button with their index finger. This way the joystick would be 7800 compatible, which is what you were implying, yes?

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended CGE 2K4 and stopped by the Messiah booth. I appologize that the product wasn't ready for sale but we feel its better to delay a product than to sell a product that isn't perfect. We are taking pre-sales at the moment but the shipment date has been changed from Sept 1 to Sept 20. Thanks for your patience and I am looking forward to feedback about the products.

I just bought some SNES to 3DO adapters, so I can use my Messiah SNES controller with my 3DO too. If I like the controller, I am going to buy at least another 3, for the multiplayer games.
