I'd recommend Star Ocean 3, but the US release is coming fairly soon. But you can get the Japanese version and avoid crappy dubbing and stupid localization changes! :P

Other than that: CHOANIKI

It's the sexiest game ever made.

Fever 7, Pachinko Simulation. C'mon, you're gonna mod you're PS2, but you're not gonna get any pachinko games? That's like 10% of the reason to mod it in the first place. Plus, Fever 7 has the Space Battleship Yamato machine emulated. It sure beats the stupid cute dog machine emulated on the newest version.
