Does this cart even exist?

one of my friends told me that they saw on tech tv or something of a super super rare nes mario cart, he said that it look like a gold cart with some kind of little timer on the cart he also said that it was a promo cart only for the president of the nintendo company. I tried to look it up on the internet but i found nothing! So I dont know that this cart exist or that its super rare? @_@

Sounds like the Nintendo Championship cart, that you got if you won a contest from Nintendo (in both grey and gold) It had a timer on it, it had Mario, Rad Racer and Tetris on it.
