i'm never one to pass up a weird controller when its only $5. today at a flea i picked up a thrustmaster ski board, while these games are not my thing i figured having this controller might give it that extra uumph, or failing that be good for a party laugh.

does anybody else have one of these things, if so how do you like it? is it realistic or just silly? which games really shine with it?

From everything I've ever heard about it, it was pretty gimmicky. It's sort of like the Fighting Areama thingie Thrustmaster also released, meaning it might be fun to make a fool of yourself on, but you won't be attempting any high scores on it.

i almost bought one for the novelty, saw a boxed one for $20, but passed due to size and room restrictions...cant offer any suggestions as to whether it sucks though. the guy who had it never used it..

uber retro bump.

I just picked one of these up yesterday, so I now share your year old interest. Definitely an interesting controller

I myself picked one up at a thrift for around 5 or 5 dollars.

I have tried it, and let me say I was pretty disappointed. I don't know what kind of magical control system I was expecting, but all it does (the board) is control your analog stick movement. I was hoping it would recognize foot taps or something, but no; all tricks and buttons are done by plugging in a pass through controller.

I played with it for about five minutes.
