DO NOT MAKE ANY DEALS WITH "NINTENDO_MAN". He is untrustworthy. We had a trade deal. He recieved my stuff and I never got his. He has ignored all of my attempts at communication over the past month.
Thanks for understanding my need to spread the word about this bad seed,
-james

Hey a fellow Denverite, I thought I was the only Classic Gaming nerd around here. We should get together sometime and chat. I have a VG night once a week usually Thursdays. You are more than welcome to come on by and hang. While we usually don'r retro to much, a good time is had by all.

It's one thing to post a need to find nintendo_man to finish a deal, it's quite another to start posting in every thread he initiates. I can understand the frustration about completing a deal, but you can't hijack his threads like that. This should be handled behind the scenes before being made public. I don't know how long you tried, but please try to handle this privately within the next few days. If it is not handled to your satisfaction, then please feel free to respond in this topic in the next few days.
Thank you. :)

Danny,
I respect you very much. I have seen how you have dealt with other problems in the past (ie: dig dug) and I agree with everything that you have done. In addition, you are right about my posting in so many treads, I appologize. However, in my original post in this thread I said:
He has ignored all of my attempts at communication over the past month
I think that I have been quite patient. I have sent one e-mail and one PM per week to him for the past month with no responce. I feel that I have exhausted all of my options and this is the only way that I can think of to make him pay. The last thing that I want is for someone else to get screwed. Luckly I didnt loose to much stuff this time, but it is the principal of the matter that is important to me.
Thanks,
-james

A month is quite a while to wait, I agree. The problem is by going into his topics, you are needlessly bumping 1 to 2 month old topics that no one else was probably looking at to begin with, plus the hijacking of the thread.
I hope you get what you deserved from the deal, usually just starting a thread like this will draw enough attention and get the results needed. If you don't hear from him in the next few days, please let me know and I can sticky this topic. That should do enough. :)
Thanks
Danny

i can also vouch for jgenotte as a good trader.and i think he has the right to do whatever he thinks he needs to do,even if that means hijacking nintendo man posts.i really cant stand thieves, and it sounds like that is what "nintendo man" is,a thief.if the games were just lost in the mail,he would of responded in some kind to jgenotte, but he has not.i hope you get your stuff.

I've dealt with this kind of thing over at AA. Made a deal with someone, sent my end though he said he sent payment (I didn't have much time to hit the PO at the time so I sent all stuff I had to at once) and never got anything back. "Claimed" he had the money and lost it, his pc broke, etc. Still nothing though I've tried to reach him through email and PMs.
