Ok i won an auction

on ebay for FF3 and used Western Union to send my payment but the person i won it from is saying they dont have it and told me if he doesnt get the money in the next two days he's putting it back up

What should i do?

I paid for it and now i might get negative feedback

You CAN put a stop payment on a M.O. but there's a deductible ($25, I think). If you have the receipt with the number, you can also check to see if the m.o. has been cashed, though it doesn't tell you who cashed it. Check out www.westernunion.com for info on how to do this.

Did you pay with an actual paper money order or did you pay with Western Union's online payment service? (Used to be Bidpay). If you paid via the online method you should be able to easily check the status of your payment.

Why? Unless he marked return to sender on the original envelope it was probably the PO mistake. Most people only hold auctions for 10 days before relisting them no matter who was the bidder.

Not saying anything against you, but I've had about 5-6 bidders with great feedback in the past, great communication just say they've sent an MO as payment and nothing ever shows up.
