These Sega Genesis lots have some random N64 stuff thrown in.

The seller mentions a "Zelda" cart. If you look closely, you'll see it resting on the console.

Note the N64 game shark.

The only question remaining would be: Why?

Wow....some people are clueless about what they're selling. Let's just hope the guy who bought it doesn't try to get that Zelda cart in the genesis. :o

Because due to the recent surge in retro gaming popularity, people are buying whatever they can find from thrift stores, pawn shops and garage sales and are putting them in eBay, even when they don't know what does with what.

It's the same thing that's been happening for an eternity - people don't read or look at what they sell. Which is why we're blessed with Nintendo Genesises, packaged with 20 games, half 2600 games, half PSX games.

I agree with Flack...this is why I can't find anything at thrifts anymore (and why at all of em, 2 years ago, a NES system was 5.00...now it's 20.00-50.00 (no lie). I remember when games were .50 at the thrifts, now there 5.00. :(

I hate the new retro surge.

LOL ....But with stupid sellers, you get some great finds, there was an auction only a few months back on ebay, i think it ended for $60 it was a snes auction and a few games, the only thing was 2 of those games where Starfox weekend and a snes proto (teeshot / kirby dream course)

So keeps your eye's out!.. it was a DP'er that won the auction too! ;)

Yup.. totally concur. About 8 months ago.. while doing some late night browsing of eBay's recent listings.. I noticed a seller who listed a boxed SNES/Donkey Kong console bundle for $59 BIN. He said it had been setting in his attic for years; and his wife told him to get rid of it. He was also throwing in something called a "Turbo Duo" boxed and in excellent condition. 12 minutes after the listing? You betcha I nabbed it!
