most of them are of European origin, if I am not mistaken. I do not have my games with me, as I am residing in France and all my stuff is still stored in the UK. I cannot give you the developers name until I get my stuff shipped over, but maybe it is of use anyway. Most are to file under ....Demos, Samplers, Non-Games!
