ASTROSMASH is a musical tribute to the popular 1980's video game system Intellivision. Using authentic Intellivision musical notes and sounds combined with other sci-fi sounds and atmosphere, vocalist Nino Rebelle and musician Dan Parrott create music that truly sounds out of this world. Musical influences of ASTROSMASH range from Dream Theater and Pink Floyd to Depeche Mode and Duran Duran to Blur and Radiohead to Slowdive and My Bloody Valentine. ASTROSMASH is a supersonic rocket out of the insipid, repetitive music of today and into the beautiful and intense music of tomorrow.
