A person is selling it to me, but he wants me too make him an offer. The Online Rarity Guide does not seem to be working, so could I get a good estimate as to how much to pay for a mint copy.

Offer him $20-$25. Its an excellent fighter for dreamcast and worth that.

Yeah, that sounds like decent offer. Ever since it was announced that Third Strike is being included on the upcoming Street Fighter Anniversary Collection, the price for the DC version has really taken a nosedive.

Go for about 25 max like said. Maybe 30 if it's a shipped price and you REALLY want it. Personally I think even 30 is worth it! It is one hell of an awesome game...I used to know a site that had tournament battle videos and some of those players were just damned amazing.
