I'm pretty sure this one has come up before - 'Skippy' seems to be a test account used by eBay.

Have a look at this page:
http://www.ebay.com.sg/helpIndex?page=helpBuildRep

Here, 'Skippy' is used as an example when explaining how feedback works.

I gotta say that's some of the oddest feedback I've ever seen... LOL

Ok.. Click this link ( Me...Me... (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=14111&item=237479800)) This is ebay testing if you notice people DO bid just to be bad / sad!..

And they leave feedback too! after the auctions end..

Here is the "Skippy" Feedback i just had to go the long way around (Since there is no feedback score next to the Skippy name) ;) (skippy feedback (http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=skippy&ssPageName=STRK:ME:UFS))

You may have noticed all of the "skippy" feedbacks are from Genuine ebayers! Now if you go through some of the Genuine ebayers feedback you'll find Skippy feedback but no item # number! LOL

Those Krazzzzy Bastards! LOL

If it is ebay, the item description is rather unprofessional

It is ebay if you go to "skippy" info there email is *****@ebay.com

It's just a test, some dude at ebay that tries all this stuff out, for future public use, probably ran out of good descriptions years ago LOL
