I think the Ultravision version of Karate had a T-handle.

As far as US releases go, that's pretty much it. Men-a-Vision and Ultravision games.
Now if you hunt for import games, you'll find a few more. I have some weird carts by a company called "TRON" that have that same t-handle style.
There are two forum members that will know a lot more about this: ianoid and marco. You could try PM'ing them or directing them to this link, I'm sure they would both have more to add.

I can think of the following companies that released T-handle carts:
Digivision
Dinamivision
Funvision
Goliath
K-Tel Vision
Men-A-Vision
TRON
Ultravision

any significance to so many companies having the word "vision" in their name considering you said that all these companies used t-handles also?

Weren't those all supplied by that one Brazilian company?

Colecovision, Intellivision, Microvision, Adventure Vision, Activision, Spectravision, Tigervision, VentureVision... yeah, "vision" was really popular in those days. I think the only significance is that video games were new so the idea of playing games on your tele"vision" was still novel.

Hello All,
I bought an Atari 2600 cart called 'Spider Monster' a couple of months back and sold it on ebay. This game had the 't' handle and was PAL.

Nubian.

No, the T-handles for most of those are different. I've seen Digivision carts in the Tron case. Some K-tel and Ultravision carts share cases. then Air Raid has a unique T-handle.
Video Grow (rare Braz make) had the 'O' handles, like Odyssey 2/Videopac carts.

No. 'Vision' is a very popular suffix for video game companies, particularly in South America. I even have my own video game company called Ianvision, but I don't have any T-handle carts.
