I posted a big thread on this a day or two ago, but nobody seemed to really care.
Anyways, check out PDArcade, they have a very definitive list of all emulators available for Pocket PC and are currently working on one for Palm. This is definitely the MUST place to go for PPC Emulation!
Be sure to check out:
Pocket Commodore 64
PocketNESter
CASTCe (Atari ST)
Pocket VCS
PicoDrive (Genesis)
These are some of the best that I've found.
Also, PocketUAE (Amiga) has just been released in Beta at pocketinsanity. It hasn't worked for me yet, but many people are getting it to work and it's a great time to show support and get in on the release of a great new emulator.

picodrive i tried. it runs way faster then morphgear but no sound :(
