Helvin -

Do you live in Mesa? I know your sig says Glendale, but Bookman's is pretty far from there (unless there's one over that way?). I live right at the 101 and 202, so I'm not far from Bookman's.

Yeah you are close...me and my friend Nez on the forum were on our way back and it happened to his car around exit #40...cactus?? Anyways, if he feels like posting about it in detail in off topic that's cool, otherwise, back on topic! (If you're ever down by the cactus exit you will see the messed up area of the barrier).

Earthbout cart $5
Klonoa 2 PS2 New $20

I passed up some hard to find PS games that were from a local rental chain. Their condition was poor.

From Thrift Town: Sega Saturn system (oval buttons) with 3 controllers, a/v and power cables, memory cart and a complete Shining Wisdom for $30. Not bad I guess. Don't know much about Saturns yet (have a round-button console already). I really only bought this for the memory cart and game. The system will go on Ebay and if I break even it's all good.

Today in the mail, I got...

Madden NFL 2004 for PS2--Yes, it's a year old, but I'm not that hardcore a football fan so it's good enough...I don't need totally up-to-date rosters. Besides, it only cost me $10 and the guy didn't even charge me shipping. Very cool.

Once Upon Atari on DVD--I've heard of this off and on for a bit so I finally ordered myself a copy.

SNES Advantage controller: $2
Dodge-Em (Atari 2600): $1
Dreamcast Webbrowser Disc: $1
6' String of green rope lighting: $2
VC3 Video Stabalizer: $1

The reason I bought the video stabalizer is because I owned one before and when I went to sell it it turned into a bidding war and brought me like $25 or so, so I thought I'd try it again!

Goodwill:

Atari 2600 6-switcher, no cables, but a layer of loose carts under it 10 USD
they had a genesis activator there in a poor box but the hardware looked good, but not 20 dollar good
Also grabbed a Microsoft Easyball for 3 bucks that will probably be my budget trackball when the MAME cab gets built.

Flea market:

5 Dreamcast games for 1 dollar each. Also got a rather damaged Beat figure and a mostly perfect Samus in box for 4 dollars.
