Gameboy:

Of course, if you get into EU releases, there are some SNES variations (some with the guide, some without)

Well, I just know that the PAL version of Super Metroid had at least 1 packaging variation that came with the strategy guide (in a Earthbound-esque big box). Oh, and also, I Know that there are 3 label variations on the US version of Super Metroid: One with an all-black border, one with the "Only For" triangle logo in the upper-right corner, and the Player's Choice version.
Awesome! Thanks!
But...PAL, srry but what does that mean? Its a noob question I know. LOL

NTSC=National Television Standard Committee (I may have screwed that up a little). It runs at 60 hertz (Hz), 29.97 frames per second (FPS, or 30 FPS without color). Is interlaced horizontally, meaning that the picture is broadcast using horizontal lines one at a time (it happens fast though so the human eye can't tell). There are 525 (It may be 545... I always get the number mixed up) lines in a standard NTSC signal. Two of the better-known areas to use NTSC are North America and Japan.
PAL=P... A... I don't know what it stands for. It runs at 50 Hz, 25 FPS (That's without color, I forget what the number with color is, but it's a fractional difference). It uses 100 more scanlines than NTSC, so it's either 625 or 645, I forget which. Europe and China are two big areas that use it.
Is that any help?
Yeah!
Thanks for clearing that up for me man! :)
Keep the info coming! LOL

GBA Famicom Mini release in Japan. It's the original Metroid on a GBA cart.

Samus also makes a cameo in Super Mario RPG for the SNES and there is a Metroid minigame in Galactic Pinball for the Virtual Boy.

From an FAQ:
The Metroid mini-game is located on the Cosmic table. In order to play you
must complete the Bumper Clash mission.
First you must get your puck into the hole that is underneath the three bumpers
at the top right of the screen. You will get a message that says "Bumper
Clash". During this time, after a bumper has been hit a certain number of
times it will explode. Destroy all three bumpers to make a Metroid icon
appear (it looks like a S). Hit the icon with your puck to enter the
Metroid mini-game. You will see a message that says "Shooting Bonus". You will
then see the puck turn into a ship and there will be a message that says "Let's
Go Samus". You will hear a digitized voice saying "Roger Samus". The game then
starts.
If you don't break all three bumpers in the time limit, don't worry, just hit
the puck into the hole and try again (any bumpers you destroyed will stay
destroyed).
So...uh....anyone know how much a Famicon Disk System Metroid (packaged and loose) would go for? :hmm:

PAL stands for Phase Alternating Line, and was developed by the German Prof. Walter Bruch, an engineer. It was introduced in Germany around 1967 with color TV. The resolution is significantly better and the colors come over more 'natural' compared to NTSC.

The Kirby Game came out in North America and Europe:
Kirby's Dream Land 3
You have to get Ice Kirby and freeze the Metroids in the 3 caves.
