CD-I and sega CD questions

I have a CD-I now and it is a miserable piece of junk, I am going to get a new one in the future. Questions how do you do multiplayer gaming on it? I have one controller and a video cart and some games, I thought there was a controller splitter for it, but I can't seem to find anything on the web for it. These things seem quite rare does any body have one they want to get rid of?

My other question was for the sega cd on the model two with the side platform wasn't there a extension for the system so that the whole genesis 1 would fit on there with out sitting over the edge? I may be thinking of some thing stupid but I thought that existed. Anyone have anymore info?

I'm sure that extension exists. I have one. I'm not using it, but I kept it anyway just in case. As for the CDI, no clue.

that answers the sega cd quetion (have to see about getting that in the database) now someone will probably know about the cdi

There's a controller splitter, I have it but don't get rid of it.

Can you possibly use one controller and a remote control?

But what I think would be harder then finding a spliter is finding someone else crazy enough to actually play CD-i games with you.
