whats the diff between a normal nes and a top loader what was the original nes a top or a frontloader? ive seen epicenters site wheress hes got a pirate nes which is smaller and loads from the front

What are the benifits of each one????????

top loader u put games in the top (suprisingly) and ur regular nes (toaster shaped) lift the flap n put them in... no differences i dont think... the top loader jsut looks better...

The toploader works a lot better, but with the classic NES, you can replace the 9 pin card and it should work just as well.

Front Loader = RF and AV.

Top Loader = RF Only (except the japanese version who have the AV).

Thats the reason I use my front Loader. I cant stand the picture with the top loader.

No, an rca audio video cable. Has a left white audio, red right audio and yellow video cable. Not being able to use this cable is the reason I will never own a toploader....and if I ever find one cheap it will be immediately sold.
