What do yo think of the new Nintendo DS design?

I think it looks rather sexy and really can't wait to get one - I think they are talking Nov 11 in the States (bastards!) :) I think it looks a bit like a Delorien (the car from Back To The Future). What do you think?

PS: I'd upload a pic of the thing but I don't know how to do that! I've only been online for a few months know very little :embarrassed:

I like the new design more myself. Though come on were talking about nintendo here people. Even if you don't like this new look you know they just make a "limited edition" and "pokemon puke green" version sooner or later. x_x

I like the new design as well, it just looks good. What would be cool is if they made a Game and Watch LE Nintendo DS, similar to the NES and Famicom GBA SP. 8-)

It doesn't look too different from the first model to me, although it still looks great! I just hope it isn't too big.

If you go to the IGN Gameboy site there is a picture comparing the two units side by side. You can really see the differences there, it's much more refined and has stereo (at last!) speakers for the first time.

I love the new design, much more subtle and sleek.

I'm still on the fence to whether or not I want the PSP or the DS. I would like to keep myself from buying both, I'd love to, but I'm forcing myself to choose.

RIght now the PSP has my vote PURELY on Wipeout Pure. DS looks totally awesome, but it needs to have some killer aps. IF they begin to deteriorate good franchise games ala gamecube (mario sunshine, mario kart - though both good games are not nearly as fun as the 64 incarnations). They really need to up the fun factor, because in the end that's all that I care about and I LOVE Wipeout, so something else needs to steal my heart if I'm gonna go the Nintendo route. I'm a totaly N-fan boy, but I have yet to be convinced.
