I am not a Saturn expert... But ive got a good eye and im a variant hunter.
Look at the lower game (the shiny blue one) It appears to be missing some logo that the dark blue one has on the left side of the disc. It appears that they forgot the logo for the developers. If thats the case, there was an error when they did a run of the game, and forgot a logo, so they re-ran the game with the corrected info on it.
Maybe some others know more, but that should be a decent start.

Was there a Virtua Fighter 2- console bundle in UK? Could be that the other one is from it. Or as Papa said, they added the AM2 logo to the second print.

Heh. I've just had a look, and my copy has a dark green/grey label, so that's a least 3 (unless there's some colour distortion in your picture?)
Come on, who'll offer me £30 for my ultra-rare variation? ;)

are they worth hanging on to?
It's down to personal collecting preferences, I guess.
I couldn't give a flying rats ass about minor printing variations like that, myself ;)

I was thinking one of them was an ozisoft variant, ala Mega Drive, but upon closer inspection all my saturn games (all 10 of them. woo) were made in the EU/UK, so i guess ozisoft didnt manufacture any games from saturn onwards (thus ruling out that idea).
Are the dates the same on the games? I have a feeling there was a VF2 pack-in, but i might be mistaking it for the US one or VF1 or VF remix or VC.
And yea, you have to be pretty hardcore to hunt variants like stu X_x

I believe theres a variation on the Panzer Dragoon Saga games as well...some discs are white and others are grey i believe...not sure what that difference is..probably white was the first production run then switched over to grey.
