I am looking for a list of special controllers for all systems that only work with certain games. I will start off, please help fill in gaps-
- Katana Sword (PS2)
- Steel Battalion (xbox)
- DDR pads (xbox, PS2)
- CHildrens controller (Atari 2600)
Anymore?

Actually, about the Kid's Controller for the 2600, it's actually the same as the Video Touch Pad and the Keyboard Controllers.

i dont think the onimusha katana counts, was watching the G4tv.com episode with it on there and the developer said you can use it on other games, since it is still a fully functional controller

there was that Bomberman controller for the Saturn as well as a Mahjong controller for the Neo Geo.

Several different Densha de Go! controllers out there. Multiple types for PS2 and then there is the Saturn and DC versions.
Or there's the Jet de Go! controller.

You can use DDR pads on any game too, since they're fully functional controllers. The question is do you WANT to.

I knew a guy that used one for Gran Turismo or something. Sit in the middle and use X/O as the pedals. Heh.

Yup. And it also works with the "guitar" portions of the game Ephemeral Fantasia.
