Cauterize

Firstly i appologise if this has already been seen/discussed!
ive been playing nights a lot this week as i managed to get a great deal on a sega saturn recently...
today however, i wanted to reset the game n start again, so instead of using the rest button (lazy me!) i tried a reset similar to dreamcast where u press all the buttons and start as i wasnt sure if the saturn had this buit in too... (obivously not!)
after numerous conbinations and frustration of the thought of gettin up off my ass, i then tried Start+X+Y+Z+L+R and this interesting thing appeared on screen....
