FUN FACT! Hasbro currently owns the rights to all EPYX's games.
Actually that's not true, Bridgestone Multimedia owns some of them along with all the Starpath games.
FUN FACT: By the time Pesterminator was made Jon Valesh was so embarrassed of having anything to do with the game he put his initials in the background graphics of the sewer level.

FUN FACT! 1986 was the year Epyx moved their operation to Redwood City, California.

FUN FACT: Color Dreams’ Wisdom Tree division sent out 3-foot Bible Adventures cardboard displays and even a few VHS "demos" showing footage of the game to Christian stores.

FUN FACT! in the 1988 case where Data East sued Epyx, Data East won...the court forbade Epyx from further display or sale of World Karate Championship, and also ordered the company to issue a recall.
FUN FACT: The original release of Color Dreams’ Bible Adventures had a glitch in the Noah’s Ark game that prevented the user from obtaining all of the necessary creatures to complete the game.

FUN FACT! in the 1988 case where Data East sued Epyx, Epyx took it to a higher court where THEY won. The ruling stated "a discerning 17.5-year-old boy could not regard the works as substantially similar."

FUN FACT! Color Dreams' Ron Risley is today a successful doctor and Dan Lawton, well just like a lot of other Color Dreams employees working at StarDot Technologies. Eddy Lin, another of the founders, is selling custom frames for artwork, the company is unknown and I haven't been able to find him either.
