there are like 3 goodwills there and a couple thrift stores.

That is good to know, because I'll be up there for the school year coming up. I'll be spending majority of my time at those places. For sure.

There are 2 Video Game Exchanges

West side, next to Pedro's West
East side, near East Towne Mall

There's actually 3 Video game exchanges. There's another one that is kind of off of the beltline. It might not classify as being in Madison but it's close enough. There also was Mad City Game Exchange. I have no idea if it's still around. it was once on Johnson Street, but they moved and I don't know if the place is still in business.

Might also try a place called Preplayed, it's near one of the Game Exchanges, mostly has like, used audio gear and whatnot but also has a pretty nifty game selection. Not a lot of imports per se, but some decent stuff there sometimes.

I've checked those preplayed recently and they didn't have any import stuff.

Pseduo-offtopic: anyone know some good shops closer to the janesville / rockford area? I can't always get up to Madison every week. Seems like a lot of us are close though, maybe we should all do a group hunt sometime.

Not that I'm aware of for those 2 cities. :(

At least one of the member here lives in Madison but the person is more into import stuff and doesn't go to local stores very often.
