Anyone know if theres an emulator thats able to draw the colors to the games eg. doing what the Super Gameboy Adapter does. Not every game support this but I know that Metroid 2 does and Id really like to play it through before Prime ships here in europe (months later than USA probably..)

Speaking of adapters, the Knuckles addon for the Sonic cartridges isn't doable on the sega emulators or is it?

Thanks.

I asked this on GBXEmu forums but they didn't know the answer for this either. But by accident just few minutes ago I found the solution. Its a japanese emulator HeboWin and this one does the job perfectly. Zophars site isn't very clear about this great feauture which is a shame.. They mention BGB but you probably have to configure the colors the hard way.

Okay here's the page with the info: http://home.earthlink.net/~jhmrdo/gb.html

However, one emulator I never see mentioned anywhere is HeboWin. I'm guessing that's because it's in Japanese, and it's hosted on a bare Geocities page. One thing that was built into the Gameboy Color was a built- in palette for full color support for some of the original GB games, such as Tetris, Donkey Kong, Super Mario Land series, Metroid II, etc. Hebowin is the only emulator I know of that supports this. I remember reading this once on a news site (can't remember which one), and that was the last I ever saw of it. Go around and try to find Hebowin mentioned anywhere or how to run it on any other major emulation site; I bet you can't and it's a shame, because the older games look really good with the new colors.
